3. Gain experience working in an airport
-
You can either get a role working in an airline, working as a baggage handler or customer service to get to know how the aviation industry operates.

Or get experience in customer service, or manager roles that can give you experience such as, retail, hospitality (Extending a welcome to guests)

4. Apply to become an assistant manager
-
You will be overseeing some aspects of airport operations and providing support to the manager of the airport
​
5. Progressing into a manager role (2 ways:
-
First: Either gain experience working in related fields to becoming a manager such as logistics, and then with the right experience and qualifications you might be able to able to a manager role
-
Second: You can do a formal management training programme that is either provided by an airport or General Aviation authority of that country
​
